CLEAN ENERGY AND Energy STORAGE CREATE A STRONGER ECONOMY IN MARIES COUNTY
Vichy Solar is designed to create long-term economic growth for Maries County. Over the life of the project, it will bring in millions of dollars in tax revenue which directly benefits the community, local schools, and other organizations most in need.
AN ECONOMY POWERED BY SOLAR
The Vichy Solar project is estimated to generate at least $10 million dollars in new tax revenue for Maries County over the life of the project. These funds could be used to support essential organizations such as schools, as well as programs designed to help the local community. Additionally, it’s estimated that there will be approximately 200 construction jobs and millions of dollars spent during construction, as well as long-term jobs, once the project is complete.
A stronger community with a powerful partner
The Vichy Solar project is being developed by Vesper Energy, a U.S.-based renewable energy company that partners with local landowners to develop and operate solar and energy storage projects across the country.
The Vesper Energy team has successfully commercialized more than 680 MW of renewable energy projects globally and in the U.S. and is currently developing similar projects in Missouri, as well as throughout the Midwest. Learn more about Vesper at https://vesperenergy.com/
SUPPORT LANDOWNER RIGHTS
Maecenas ultricies mi eget mauris pharetra:
We believe that landowners should decide how they’re allowed to use their land. Solar leases land from locals and offers consistent income for farmers and landowners, allowing the land to be kept in the families for generations to come.
